Robyn Kemp

   I have 35 years experience in children's social care, over 20 of which is post qualifying. I remain stalwartly committed to contributing to a UK paradigm of social pedagogy through my work in the fields of social care and education and to improving social work and social care policy, practice and education.​

   As a children’s social care consultant I provide consultancy, training and support to individuals, teams and organisations wishing to develop coherent, ethical and humane approaches to their work. As a UK social worker and social pedagogue I have a strong commitment to developing, supporting and enhancing the wellbeing of individuals and groups in our society through theory-informed relational, empowerment and critically reflective practices. 

   I am guided by a strongly ethical approach that embraces dialogue and complexity, forbids manipulating others to bend to any particular way of thinking, and which views authentic relationships and critical reflection as catalysts for empowerment, learning and change.
